A Little Bit of History
My educational history includes a certificate in Office Administration and a Help Desk Support Certificate - through the Information Technology and Systems Management Program - both from Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton.
My professional history includes several clerical positions in schools, a large parish, and a post-secondary institution. I also taught at Grant MacEwan College for six years in the Office Assistant Program (formerly the Office Administration Program). I am currently a part-time instructor of Word and Excel for an Extension Department in St. Albert, Alberta.
My interest in web-page design was fostered during my time in the ITSM program at Grant MacEwan College. I was able to create some interesting and fun sites during my time there. Thus, Hummingbird Web Designs was born.
